We are seeking an experienced Learning Experience Designer to enhance student outcomes through innovative learning solutions.

About the Role

• Transform learning and teaching practices, experiences, and environments across diverse disciplines and delivery modes by designing and implementing curriculum initiatives.
• Review and develop curriculum to optimize learning and teaching outcomes, experiences, and environments.
• Maintain a strong understanding of educational theories, models, and principles that inform best practice in learning, teaching, and assessment.
• Analyse complex educational data to identify gaps and inform strategic curriculum decisions and innovative teaching and learning initiatives.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement projects and initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Education degree or relevant field.
• Experience in designing and reviewing curriculum to enhance or transform learning and teaching outcomes.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sector-wide and discipline-specific education trends and emerging learning and teaching challenges and strategies.
• Authoring skills and experience working with educational platforms and digital technologies.
• High-level organisational, time, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
