About the Position

We are seeking dedicated caregivers to join our care team. You will be providing quality support and assistance to residents living in our residential home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering exceptional care and personal support to residents, adhering to their individual care plans.
  • Maintaining effective communication within the workplace, being respectful, open to change, and kind in your approach.
  • Completing accurate and timely documentation, reporting information to relevant teams as required.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
  • Minimum 6 months experience.
  • Commitment to delivering high standards of care and service.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Valid working visa.
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccination including booster.
  • Highly organized with strong planning skills.
