We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our boutique hotel in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front office, food and beverage, and housekeeping departments.

• Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Manage hotel budgets and revenue, ensuring profitability and growth.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Hotel Manager or in a related role.

• Proven track record of success in hospitality management, with a focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

• Commercial acumen and financial management skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
