Senior Coordinator, Audio Visual Engineering

This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead a team of skilled audio visual engineers and contribute to the delivery of cutting-edge AV solutions that power world-class teaching, learning, and campus experiences.

  • Exhibit leadership skills, values, ethics, and emotional intelligence to foster team resilience, inclusion, and performance.
  • Coordinate the allocation of resources to respond effectively to major incidents and problems.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspire, mentor, and coach a talented team of AV engineers.
  • Develop and deliver AV design packages, documentation, configuration, and seamless project handovers.
  • Support the team in tackling AV-related outages or complex incidents.
  • Collaborate with vendors and partners to bring forward new ideas, technologies, and solutions.
Requirements:
  • Possess postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience.
  • Demonstrate industry experience in the management of enterprise-level audio visual services and solutions.
  • Experience in delivering AV projects using project tools (MS Project, JIRA etc) in large complex organisations.
