About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled State Director to lead our Residential Valuations team in South Australia. As a key member of our Valuations and Advisory (VAS) team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality valuation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Inspire: Supervise and mentor a team of Residential Managers/Valuers, ensuring valuations are delivered accurately, within set timeframes, and in line with client expectations.
  • Drive Growth: Support business development initiatives for new and existing clients, contribute to revenue growth, and identify fresh opportunities for expansion.
  • Shape National Strategy: Collaborate closely with our National Leadership team on the National Residential Valuations Strategy.
  • Champion Excellence: Conduct performance reviews and drive succession planning to build a strong, future-ready team.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure operations are fully aligned and functioning in accordance with all QRM policies and processes.
About You
  • CPV Accredited: Hold current CPV status with extensive people management experience.
  • Expertise in Valuation: Highly developed valuation skills in all types of residential valuation reports including complex valuations such as multi-unit, development sites, serviced apartments.
  • Quality and Risk Management: Strong experience and focus on quality, risk, and compliance.
