About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in Enoggera. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for maintaining the store warehouse, managing stock levels, loading and unloading stock in vehicles, providing service and advice to our trade customers, day to day picking/packing and forklift operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the store warehouse and ensure it is well-organised and safe for staff and customers
  • Manage stock levels and perform regular inventory checks
  • Load and unload stock in vehicles, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers
  • Provide exceptional service and advice to trade customers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly
  • Perform day-to-day picking and packing tasks, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols
Requirements
  • Warehousing/Stores experience in a retail, sales and service environment
  • Highly organised and efficient working manner
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Administrative skills and technologically savvy
  • Physically able for the loading and unloading of heavy products (up to 25kgs)

Estimated Salary Range

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience
