Senior Manager of Disability Support Services

An exciting opportunity exists for a highly experienced and motivated leader to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred disability support across a portfolio of home services.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, develop and support a high-performing team of site supervisors and support workers.
- Drive person-centred, strengths-based service delivery aligned with client NDIS plans.
- Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, incident management, rostering, and financial oversight.
- Collaborate with families, health practitioners, support coordinators and other stakeholders to ensure consistent and safe support.
- Champion continuous improvement and implement strategies that promote service innovation and efficiency.
- Handle complex client needs and escalate risks where appropriate.
- Build community connections and identify opportunities to grow and tailor services in line with local needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience managing disability, community or residential services.
- Strong understanding of the NDIS, relevant quality and safeguarding standards, and sector legislation.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop diverse teams in dynamic service environments.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement and crisis response capability.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and deliver operational results.
