We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team at Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our hotel's Executive Committee, you will be responsible for leading our financial operations and ensuring the financial health and stability of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis
    • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve hotel revenue goals.
    • Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance
    • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including hotel management and IHG executives.
    • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
  • Financial Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
    • Manage the financial planning and analysis team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Leadership and Development
    • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to our company values and mission.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 4-8 years of experience in hotel accounting or a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Professional accounting or finance designation or certification, such as CPA or ICA.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
