Key Responsibilities- Financial Planning and Analysis
- Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve hotel revenue goals.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial performance.
- Financial Reporting and Compliance
- Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including hotel management and IHG executives.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and laws.
- Financial Operations Management
- Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Manage the financial planning and analysis team, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
- Leadership and Development

- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience
