Role Title: Educator - Early Learning Professional

Job Description: As an Educator at our centre, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality early learning programs that cater to the unique needs of each child. You will work collaboratively with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager to develop and implement innovative curriculum, fostering meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
  • Design and implement engaging early learning programs aligned with current best practices and research.
  • Document and share children's learning progress with families through regular updates and meetings.
  • Contribute to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, career pathways, and collaborative learning environment.

Requirements:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in long day-care settings.
  • Sound knowledge and application of the NQF and EYLF frameworks.
  • Current Working with Children's Check.
