Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated First Nations Community Liaison to join our Early Childhood team in Sydney.

This is an identified position open to Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander applicants only. The successful candidate will work with First Nations children aged 0–9 with disabilities or developmental delays, empowering their independence, community inclusion, and overall quality of life.

  • Develop strong relationships with First Nations families to establish meaningful goals and aspirations for their child and family
  • Conduct assessments to identify child functioning and support needs
  • Establish connections to mainstream services and provide ongoing support
  • Work within the framework of Best Practice Guidelines in Early Intervention

The role offers opportunities for professional growth and development in a collaborative and inclusive environment. A tertiary qualification in Early Childhood or Allied Health is desirable, as well as a valid driver's license and Working With Children Check.
