Ambitious Nursing Leader Sought for Aged Care Team
Job DescriptionWe are searching for a dedicated and results-driven Nurse Unit Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team on Kangaroo Island. This pivotal leadership role involves coordinating patient care, managing resources, and fostering a positive work environment that supports staff development and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate nursing and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity, quality, and safety in patient care delivery.
- Drive improvements in models of care, championing person and family-centred approaches aligned with best practice and evidence-based standards.
- Manage resources effectively including staffing, rostering, and budgets, while fostering a positive and supportive workplace culture.
- Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and creating learning opportunities to build team capability and performance.
- You will need to be immunised.
