Job Opportunity

The Village Manager is responsible for overseeing the effective management of village services, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to operational goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing performance with clients and management
  • Communicating with employees and customers regarding OHS and environmental concerns
  • Developing and implementing quality assured procedures to improve customer satisfaction
  • Collecting and reviewing user satisfaction data
  • Leading incident investigations, audits, and reports

Additionally, you will oversee workplace inspections to maintain safety compliance, identify training requirements, promote diversity and inclusion, and create employee engagement experiences.
