1. Demonstrated ability to identify organisational challenges and problem statements, and translate them into analytical and data-driven business requirements.
2. Ability to articulate complex information into simple, actionable messages for key stakeholders with varying levels of data literacy.
3. Experience in designing and building reports, dashboards, and data products that support business processes and deliver business insights.
4. Understanding and application of best practice analytics methodologies.
5. Ability to translate subject-matter expert and stakeholder discussions into data-driven products.
6. Ability to translate key data insights into value-adding products.
Desirable Criteria
1. Strong analytical and evaluating skills, with experience in programming languages such as SAS, SQL, Python, and R.
2. Experience working in industrialised cloud Data Lakes and/or Enterprise Data Warehouses.
3. Process mapping skills, with ability to translate discussions into data flows and process documentation.
4. Experience working within project management frameworks, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
