Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement the SEWB strategy in line with our Strategic Plan, and contribute to the overall organisational strategy.
* Establish performance standards, manage budgets, and oversee SEWB funding applications, ensuring service delivery meets all required standards.
* Ensure all statutory, accreditation, and audit requirements are met, safeguarding the organisation's operations and client safety.
* Model organisational values, conduct regular team meetings, manage staff performance, and provide supervision using theoretical models and case management.
* Work closely with other team leaders to coordinate service delivery and provide education on SEWB needs within the organisation.
* Represent the organisation at industry forums, participate in team meetings, and liaise with stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety policies to reduce risks and maintain a safe work environment.
* Uphold infection control principles and demonstrate leadership in maintaining these standards.
* Engage in continuous quality improvement activities to ensure client services adhere to best practice standards.

Requirements:

* Tertiary qualification in psychology, social services, health, wellness, or a related field.
* 5+ years of proven senior leadership experience within health, allied health, or social services, preferably within an Aboriginal organisation.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to debrief and support staff.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
* Must have a current Working with Children Check and National Police Clearance Certificate.
