Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Night Auditor to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • They will be responsible for managing all overnight activities, including reception, reservations, telephone services, and cashiering.

The Night Auditor will also be responsible for performing daily hotel auditing and balancing of guest house accounts, ensuring accurate financial transactions and maintaining a secure cashiers float.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Night Manager in overseeing all hotel operations overnight.
  • Promote exceptional customer service, providing guests with prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate financial processes, handling all credit and financial transactions in a secure manner.
  • Maintain accurate records, preparing daily financial reports and working closely with the finance team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with hotel operations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
