Compliance Data Analyst - Payroll Operations

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Compliance Data Analyst in our Payroll Operations team. As a Compliance Data Analyst, you will be responsible for validating reconciliation processes to ensure ongoing compliance with entitlements and using data to drive smarter workforce scheduling and HR process improvements.

Key responsibilities of this role include leading the data analysis of potential pay compliance issues, supporting internal and external audit activities, and analysing rostering and hours-of-work data to mitigate compliance risks.

The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel and Power BI skills, experience with SQL, and knowledge of industrial relations, time & attendance, and payroll compliance.
