Academic Facilitators

We are seeking passionate educators to join our school community.

• Develop and implement engaging teaching programs;
• Maintain a high level of content knowledge and pedagogical practice;
• Pursue professional development through coaching and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver instruction in senior year levels;
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records;
• Implement effective classroom management consistent with our strategic plan;
• Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the growth of our team;
• Be an active part of regular staff devotions and prayer.

Qualifications:

• Evidence of eligibility to work in Australia;
• Proof of identity;
• A recognised teaching qualification;
• Clearance status of the Working with Children Check (if applicable);
• Registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching;
• Statements of service from previous roles involving children;
• References from previous child-connected roles.

We seek a committed Christian who is comfortable sharing their faith and has high expectations for students' academic and behavioural abilities.

Strong relationships with staff, students, and parents are essential, as well as effective communication with parents to foster a culture of high expectations.
