About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Labourer and Groundskeeper to join our dedicated team. This is a permanent role offering a stable position with a competitive annual salary of $64,000 (plus super).

Job Description

This role involves maintaining beautiful and tranquil grounds while assisting with various labour-intensive tasks. Key responsibilities include digging graves for burials, caring for the grounds through mowing, pruning, weeding, fertilising, mulching, and planting, operating tools and equipment, and handling general labour tasks with care and precision.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current Victorian driver's license (manual preferred)
  • Certificate III in Horticulture (essential)
  • Mobile plant operating tickets preferred
  • Be physically fit
  • Confident and safe use of gardening tools and machinery
  • Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
