Role Overview We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Educator to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 5-12 years old. This role involves designing and delivering engaging learning environments that cater to each child's unique needs and interests. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with the Early Year's Learning Framework and My Time Our Place Learning Framework
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design programs that promote children's learning and independence
  • Provide exceptional care and education to children, promoting their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
  • Work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure program continuity and quality improvement
Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Certificate IV in Outside of School Hours Care or Diploma in Children's Service (Education and Care) or Bachelor in Early Childhood or Primary (alternatively ACECQA approved Qualified OSHC qualification)
  • A Current Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • First aid and anaphylaxis qualifications and training
  • Knowledge of child protection procedures
  • A working knowledge of the ACECQA The National Quality Framework (NQF)
