Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced residential real estate professional to join our team in Low Head. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for the prospecting, listing, and sale of residential properties in the region.

Your knowledge of local market trends, buyer behaviour, and property presentation will enable you to deliver informed advice and build trusted relationships with vendors and buyers alike.

You will work closely with homeowners, investors, and prospective buyers to provide detailed appraisals, market insights, and tailored marketing strategies that showcase each property's unique features and lifestyle appeal.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for residential properties, from appraisal to settlement
  • Conduct open homes, private inspections, and buyer follow-ups to drive interest and engagement
  • Build strong relationships with vendors and buyers to deliver a seamless sales experience
  • Develop and implement tailored marketing campaigns to maximise property exposure
  • Accurately appraise properties and provide informed market advice to clients
  • Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements
About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A valid Real Estate licence and a current driver's licence
  • Previous experience within a fast-paced sales environment
  • Demonstrated understanding of the North West region
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite and AgentBox (preferred)
  • Articulate communication skills (written and verbally) with the ability to easily establish relationships
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
