We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mixologist to join our team at the 16th floor "16 Antlers" rooftop bar. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional beverage experiences for our discerning guests.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, this role requires an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service and a keen eye for detail. Your expertise in crafting innovative cocktails and ensuring efficient service will make all the difference in providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting and Serving Innovative Cocktails: Design and prepare signature cocktails that showcase your creativity and flair.
  • Providing Exceptional Service: Deliver top-notch service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Maintaining Bar Equipment and Ambiance: Regularly inspect and maintain bar equipment to ensure optimal performance, and contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Collaborating with Colleagues: Work effectively with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve shared goals.

Requirements:

  • Physical Fitness: Possess the physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment and lift heavy objects as required.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Develop strong relationships with guests and colleagues through effective communication.
  • Personal Presentation: Maintain a high standard of personal presentation, adhering to our company's standards.
  • Valid QLD RSA Certificate: Hold a valid Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
  • Experience Working in a Similar Environment: Proven track record of working in a similar setting, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
