Job Overview

As a Technical Director, you will lead multidisciplinary teams through project phases from planning to operational handover. This role requires extensive experience in mechanical design, commissioning and operations with a proven track record in water sector projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical leadership during project delivery, overseeing mechanical design intent and equipment selection.
  • Collaborate with bid teams to ensure alignment of mechanical design during tender phases.
  • Work closely with procurement teams to define scopes and engage vendors.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as a key technical liaison.
  • Mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and evaluate tenders.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership in mechanical design for water or wastewater treatment projects.
  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Familiarity with digital engineering platforms such as BIM/Revit.
