Job Summary:

CPL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Salesforce QA Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and create comprehensive test plans and test cases for Salesforce applications.
  • Perform manual testing of Salesforce functionalities to ensure they meet business requirements and user expectations.
  • Develop and execute automated tests using Selenium with Java, Provar, or similar tools to streamline testing processes and increase test coverage.
  • Conduct regression testing, performance testing, and load testing as needed.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs through resolution.
  • Work closely with developers and stakeholders to ensure timely bug resolution and smooth deployment of applications.
  • Provide accurate testing status reports and metrics to the project team.
  • Stay updated with Salesforce updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve testing strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Salesforce QA roles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce Automation using Selenium with Java.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce manual testing (minimum 3 years).
  • Omni Studio experience is essential (minimum 1 year).
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Provar, TOSCA, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
