We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic coaches to lead our Australian Football League (AFL) programs during the CaSSSA Term 4 season. Under the guidance of the Head of Sport and the Sport Coordinator, you will work collaboratively with students, colleagues, and the wider school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team environment by establishing strong relationships with students and staff.
  • Develop coaching plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students participating in AFL programs.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sport and the Sport Coordinator to ensure alignment with our educational vision and goals.
Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for promoting health and physical activity among students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with students and colleagues.
  • Able to work effectively in a collaborative team setting, contributing to a positive and productive environment.
