Job Description\Helpers perform essential maintenance and repair work on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a wide range of equipment across commercial and retail sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience with DX systems, fault-finding, and repair works. A strong understanding of HVAC equipment, refrigeration licenses, and electrical knowledge are also required. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team are essential for this role.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and repairing HVAC equipment
• Performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent system failures
• Troubleshooting and fault-finding to identify and resolve issues
• Collaborating with colleagues on upgrades, installations, and tenant fit-out works

Required Skills & Qualifications\
  • \
  • Experience in maintaining, repairing, and fault-finding on DX systems and HVAC equipment\
  • Refrigeration license with restricted electrical knowledge\
  • QBCC mechanical services occupational licence\
  • 2+ years of experience as a qualified technician in commercial, retail, or industrial sites\
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and teamwork abilities\
  • Fundamental skills in time management, organization, and job management\
  • Current driver's license\
  • Able to take initiative, learn new things, and adapt to changing situations\
