Operations Supervisor Job Description

This role focuses on leading teams to drive operational excellence through process improvement, productivity, and performance management.

About the Role

The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, tracking attendance, and supporting workflow.

This position requires a strong leader who can deputize for the Operations Shift Manager, carry out staff debriefs, and assign work as needed.

Requirements
