About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Operations Manager to contribute to our ongoing success at our Blacktown Store.

As a key member of the store leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading day-to-day store operations, ensuring your team delivers exceptional customer experiences and making customers' DIY projects a reality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the store leadership team to achieve business objectives
  • Setting an example of excellent customer service and coaching the team to deliver friendly and helpful advice to customers
  • Coaching the team on the right service behaviours and assisting with inducting and training new team members
  • Ensuring merchandising standards align with business requirements and coordinating stock
Requirements:

We're looking for a skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager who can:

  • Supervise and lead customer-facing teams in a high-safety and high-compliance environment
  • Apply strong analytical skills to drive business results
  • Show a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn about new products
  • Coach and develop others, providing feedback and getting the best out of a team
  • Achieve results and standards by working effectively with the team
  • Be approachable and confident when interacting with customers
