As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

  3. Checking that public areas, rooms, suites, equipment, and linen exceed guest expectations.
  4. Assisting with deep cleaning projects and occasionally assisting your team during busy periods.
  5. Educating all team members on the importance of remaining compliant with federal, state, and local laws and safety standards.
  6. Maintaining inventory levels, preparing budgets, and driving productivity.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail - creating amazing guest service moments with the team.
  • Motivation – your presence will impact your team and our guests; therefore, it will be important to stay motivated and energized.
  • Great teamworking attitude.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
