At SBS, we're committed to driving social cohesion through our content and services. We're seeking a highly skilled CDP Specialist to join our Audience Data & Insights team, playing a key role in accelerating the growth of SBS On Demand in the streaming space.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategy, working closely with marketing stakeholders to drive personalisation initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing CDP capabilities to drive business growth
  • Collaborating with suppliers, developers, and QA to validate and troubleshoot implementation issues
  • Identifying opportunities to leverage data across the business and drive a data-driven culture
  • Supporting marketing stakeholders in advanced CDP segmentation, activation, personalisation, email campaigns, and digital advertisements

About You

We're looking for a data-savvy individual with experience in CDP/DMP, comfortable working with technical teams, and able to tell a story with data visualisations. Key requirements include:

  • Demonstrated experience with CDP/DMP such as Adobe Real-time CDP or Audience Manager
  • Enabling data source and destination integrations and automation processes within CDP/DMP
  • The ability to translate complex data into meaningful audience segments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate insights to non-technical stakeholders
