**Job Overview:**

The Warehouse Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and organized daily running of our warehouse operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the daily workflow to ensure seamless inventory management and logistics.
  • Operate and maintain commercial dishwashers, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Unload deliveries and load products as required, maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Sort, inspect, and pack reusable coffee cups for distribution.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist with receiving, checking, and storing incoming deliveries; accurately update inventory records.
  • Maintain compliance with warehouse safety standards and report any issues or hazards to the Warehouse Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or similar roles is preferred.
  • Able to operate machinery such as commercial dishwashers and walk-behind forklifts.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 15kg) as required.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety procedures.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, may include weekends or early mornings.
  • Physical role requiring frequent lifting, standing, and movement throughout the day.
