Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our SME payments and apps tribe.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the development and implementation of innovative fintech solutions for SMEs
  • Lead a high-performing team of engineers, product managers, designers, and marketers
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

10+ years of experience in leading high-growth teams in fintech or startup environments

Deep expertise in cash flow management for small businesses

Proven track record of scaling cross-functional teams and driving business growth through innovative solutions

Agile mastery with hands-on delivery experience

Analytics wizardry with expertise in tools like Amplitude and PowerBI

Strategic communication skills to rally teams around ambitious goals
