Mixology Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve beverages with precision and efficiency, maintaining a clean and organized bar area at all times.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring seamless service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working as a bartender in a busy restaurant or bar setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wines, with the ability to learn new recipes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred).
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification: preferred.
• Australia work authorization: preferred.
