Job Title: Senior Culinary Director

Job Description:

The position of Senior Culinary Director is a key role within our organization, responsible for leading the culinary team and driving kitchen excellence. As a senior leader, you will set the standard for food quality, presentation, and overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities include menu development, food purchasing, and inventory management. Strong leadership skills are required to motivate and manage kitchen staff effectively, ensuring seamless service delivery during peak periods.

A successful candidate will possess exceptional culinary knowledge, with a strong focus on quality control and safety standards. A Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) is essential, along with previous experience in a similar role.

Requirements:
  • Certificate 3 or 4 in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
  • Previous experience in a senior culinary leadership role
  • Strong leadership and customer service skills
  • Ability to develop menus, specials, and functions that meet business objectives
  • Proficiency in budgeting and controlling food costs
