As a Store Support Lead, you will play a vital role in driving store results and brand loyalty.

You will be the primary assistant to the Store Manager, responsible for key administration functions, including personnel management, payroll, cash management, stock management, cleanliness, safety, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer service assistants are delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Lead front-end operations and drive key performance indicators.
  • Train staff on our customer service values and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers at all times.
  • Assist with opening and closing store procedures and perform duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Supervise and train team members, ensuring they meet their responsibilities and adhere to company policies.

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
