Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned investment professional to partner with our team and provide exceptional client service. As an Investment Counsellor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth clients, educating them on our top-down portfolio strategy, and proactively connecting with them to review their asset allocation and ensure we're on the right track toward their long-term financial goals.

You will work closely with our internal portfolio decision-makers, auxiliary research teams, client service associates, and renowned sales team to give our clients the best service possible. With our commitment to being a fee-only fiduciary firm, you'll appreciate knowing our compensation structure aligns with our clients' best interests without relying on commissions.

The Opportunity

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience creating and building new client relationships and instilling trust within the investment industry (RG146 strongly preferred) or completion of studies meeting RG 146 standard
  • Knowledge of the Australian and/or New Zealand asset management industry, regulations, and procedures
  • University degree, suitable graduate diplomas, or equivalent combination of experience
