Support and Empower Individuals with Disabilities

We are seeking dedicated Care Professionals to support, engage and motivate individuals with disabilities in achieving their goals.

This role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by providing high-quality care and support services.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support individuals with intellectual impairments, mental health and/or physical disabilities with daily living activities.
  • Provide personal care, manage medications, handle challenging behaviors and perform manual handling tasks as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 12 months paid experience working in a similar role.
  • Certification in a relevant field (e.g., Cert III or higher).
  • A valid Paid Blue Card/Working with Children Check in QLD.
  • National Police Check (current) - relevant and not older than 6 months.
  • COVID Vaccinated (2 doses).
  • Unrestricted Open QLD Driver Licence.
  • Own reliable transport (willing to use for work).
  • Full Comprehensive Car Insurance.
  • Smartphone (iOS or Android).
