We are seeking a motivated and safety-focused Indigenous Australian Drilling Assistant to join our team at McKay Drilling Pty Ltd. As a key member of our drilling operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist drillers in sampling and rod handling operations;
- Maintain a clean and safe work site, adhering to company WHS regulations and site-specific rules;
- Clean and maintain the drill rig and ancillary equipment;
- Perform equipment maintenance and repairs as required;
- Drive company vehicles and perform general housekeeping duties;
- Ensure personal compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perth-based FIFO roster with 2 weeks on and 1 week off;
- 12-hour shifts in remote locations;
- Preferred HR License or minimum Manual C Drivers' License, with the ability to obtain HR License within 3 months;
- National police clearance;
- Able to pass a role-specific medical and drug and alcohol screening.
