Job Description

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of gas cylinders. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading national supplier of cylinder gases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Refill LPG gas cylinders in a safe and timely manner
  • Load and unload transport vehicles using a forklift, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimal damage to equipment
  • Pick orders from storage areas and deliver them to customers as required
  • Perform general yard duties, including cleaning and maintaining equipment and facilities
  • Deliver cylinders to customers as required, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction

Requirements

  • A valid MR or HR licence is highly desirable but not essential
  • Forklift licence is a must
  • Reasonable level of fitness is required due to manual handling requirements
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required is essential
  • A Demerit Points Statement is required prior to commencement
  • National Police Check with regular renewals is mandatory
  • Pre-employment medical examination is necessary
