The Property Law Division
Our highly respected Property Law team provides expert advice on the full spectrum of property matters, encompassing acquisition, planning, financing, construction, leasing, and disposal of real estate assets. They serve as trusted advisors to investors, developers, and lenders across all property sectors.
The Role
We are seeking a talented Associate to join our Sydney office, where you will be exposed to high-quality and challenging work. As an Associate, you will provide guidance to domestic and overseas clients on:
- major acquisition and disposals;
- property development, financing, and management;
- significant leasing portfolios (commercial, industrial, and retail); and
- large-scale property due diligence processes.

Requirements
To succeed, you will have between 2 to 4 years' experience in hands-on transaction (sales and acquisitions) and leasing, as well as general property work. Development exposure is highly regarded. Additionally, you should possess:
- passion for property law and entrepreneurial spirit;
- high attention to detail and commercial acumen;
- excellent communication skills (written and verbal); and
- strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team and provide exceptional service to clients.
