The Role

As a Sales Consultant for Pet Health Insurance, you will be responsible for selling, adding value, and retaining pet health insurance products while providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers via digital chat, outbound, and inbound calls
  • Secure sales from customers who have recently visited our website or called our contact centre
  • Assist with refining and improving processes within the Pet Sales Team
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Call Centre environment, General Insurance, or Financial services is beneficial
  • Experience in interacting and servicing customers via phone calls
  • Demonstrated ability to learn all aspects of the Sales Process and identify sales opportunities quickly
  • Ability to adapt to change, excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literate, and able to learn new systems
  • A strong team player who works in collaboration with others
