Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic IT professional to join our team as a Technical Support Analyst. As part of our front line team, you will be tasked with ensuring our customers continue to receive the best customer service and technical support in the industry while providing a timely resolution to issues raised by our customers.

Key responsibilities include performing Linux server administrative tasks, monitoring and responding to service alerts, and collaborating with our cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service to our customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Passion for I.T. and enthusiasm for learning
  • Previous experience not required, although a love and a good understanding of technology will take you far
  • Linux (CentOS) and VMware experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
