Job Summary:

  • Responsible for managing large group/catering related opportunities with significant revenue potential.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property's objectives while consistently analysing market information.
  • Support the hotel's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by creating memorable guest experiences every day with your curiosity and zest for life.
  • Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
  • Ensure you and your like-minded team uphold all company policies and procedures and complete all required managerial tasks in a prompt & thorough manner.
  • Lead by example to motivate the teams to provide quality of service and guest expectations.
  • Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
  • Actively participate and help organising associate team building activations where needed.
