Precast Concrete Manufacturing Specialist

This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about the precast concrete manufacturing industry and develop your skills in a fast-growing Australian business based in Western Sydney.
Key Responsibilities- Work alongside a team of experienced concreters and be trained in pouring, screeding and finishing.
- Perform manual tasks requiring 10+ hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
- Fitness level: must be fit and able to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Skill level: comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Team player: ability to work within a team and carry out tasks individually.
On-the-job training provided to develop your skills in the precast industry.
As a Concrete Labourer, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and knowledge of the precast concrete manufacturing process. You will be working with a team of experienced professionals who are passionate about their work and committed to excellence.
The role involves working on a variety of tasks including pouring, screeding and finishing concrete. You will be required to lift heavy materials and work at heights. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
We are looking for someone who is physically fit, has good communication skills and is able to work well under pressure. If you are a motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking for a new challenge, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
