Job Description

Lead the coffee service experience as a Head Barista Supervisor, working closely with the manager to maintain high standards of coffee quality and efficiency in a fast-paced cafe environment.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, upholding our commitment to specialty coffee excellence, and contributing to a positive store culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 12 months of experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy cafe setting.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
  • Detailed knowledge of coffee preparation methods and procedures, including brewing, grinding, and steaming.
