We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at ORS Group. As a key member of our NDIS allied health services, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, client-centred services to individuals with various disabilities and needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments and interventions to support clients in achieving their goals and improving their quality of life.
- Develop and implement individualised plans to address clients' needs and promote independence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and support to clients, families, and carers to empower them to take control of their health and wellbeing.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and industry developments to ensure evidence-based service delivery.

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
- Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA.
- A car and licence for travel to client sites.
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to obtain one before commencement.
