The Role of a Leader in Early Childhood Education

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood professional to join our team as a Lead Educator. This is an exceptional opportunity to excel in a supportive environment, further develop your career, and make a lasting impact on the lives of young children.

About You
  • You will hold an ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
  • An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance
  • First Aid certificate
