About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Detailing Manager to join our Frame and Truss team at Bunnings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving effective solutions to ensure productivity, production, and customer experiences are met.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Actioning customer feedback to improve the end-to-end customer experience
  • Developing performance targets to improve Detailing performance
  • Ensuring Detailing teams are fully trained in the latest software and manufacturing techniques
  • Preparing costing that achieve minimum margin as set by the business and aim to maximize gross profit

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of the Building industry codes and products
  • Previous building experience
  • Knowledge of engineering/drawing programs
  • An ability to work in and contribute to a team
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans
  • Knowledge of software packages such as Pryda or AutoCAD
