We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in shaping the educational programs and practices within our centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the development of educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Collaborate with educators to observe, review, and enhance the educational programs offered to children.
  • Deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
