Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education programs to our kindergarten students, creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual children's needs and interests.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to deliver high-quality education programs.
  • Collaborate with other educators and support staff to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment.
  • Observe children's progress, document their learning, and use this information to guide future planning.
  • Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful learning experience.

Requirements:

  • Graduate Diploma/Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).
  • Teacher's Registration - Full/Provisional.
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis.

Desirable Skills and Knowledge:

  • Prior experience in teaching in an early childhood setting.
  • Ability to create an inclusive environment where all children, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities, can thrive.
  • Familiarity with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations.
  • Engagement in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay abreast of the latest educational trends and practices.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and technology tools used for children's documentation and parent communication.
