We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our kitchen team. This individual will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant, with excellent time management and organizational skills. They should be able to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain a clean workstation area. Food Handler Certification is also required.
In this role, the Culinary Specialist will assist in daily cleaning tasks, report maintenance needs to the Executive Chef, and adhere to departmental policies and restaurant rules.
This position requires flexibility with scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare high-quality dishes according to restaurant specifications.
- Stock and maintain sufficient food products at line stations.
- Know and comply with standard portion size, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules.
- Maintain a clean workstation area.
- Assist in daily cleaning tasks.
